At 5PM Club, if your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — we'll make it right. No runaround. No manager approval needed.

To claim: Email support@5pmclub.co within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo. Done.

Please note: We can't refund wrong sizes or change of mind — check the size chart before checkout. It's the one deadline worth meeting.
